Technical designer

   This person's responsibilities include executing detailed flat drawings and garment specifications, communicating pattern corrections with domestic and overseas factories, and creating technical packages. He/she must have strong patternmaking, pattern grading, and garment construction skills, as well as the ability to conduct fittings on a dress form or live model.
